A POUCH TO HELP YOU COPE WITH YOUR ANXIETY
To deal with my anxiety one of the best coping mechanisms I recommend, is to use different sensory stimuli to help with grounding. This can mean carrying around something to smell, something to taste, something to play with to distract you from the anxiety you may be feeling.
I have created an "anxiety kit"
The tool kit consists of:
1 x pouch with a choice of 6 hand printed phrases
1 x stress ball (random colour)
1 x smell in a glass bottle (choose from lavender, peppermint or olbas oil).
5 x super sour sweets
1 x wallet sized coping mechanism card
1 x in case of emergency card
1 x balloon to remind you to breath
